Shane Victorino and Brandon Inge got the final vote.

Shane Victorino won the Final Vote competition for the last roster spot on the NL All-Star team.
Victorino edged Giants third baseman Pablo Sandoval for the last roster spot. Victorino is hitting .306 with 34 extra-base hits, 39 RBI and 13 stolen bases. Fans cast a record 68.8 million votes at MLB.com.
Brandon Inge won the Final Vote competition for the last roster spot on the AL All-Star team.

Inge batted .205 with 11 home runs and 51 RBIs in 2008 while shuffling between catcher, third base and the outfield, but he is hitting .264 with 19 homers and 54 RBI this season as Detroit's regular third baseman.

Not too sure why Scott Rolen didn't even make the final vote. He's had a better year than Michael Young and Brandon Inge.
