Trade that may make another team unbeatable...

I think I have a fairly decent team. My offense is pretty deep and my defense is solid but could use work. My major weaknesses on offense are at 2B and SS. That having been said I got offered Joba Chamberlain and Brian Roberts for Hunter Pence and Ichiro Suzuki. The only problem is this would make the other team insanely dominant while helping me improve my team... Would it be a mistake to make that trade? Just for reference the other kids team would look like this: Miguel Cabrera, Ryan Braun, Mark Teixeira, BJ Upton, Magglio Ordonez, Hunter Pence, Ichiro, JD Drew (Not in order by position.)
