Be Proactive or Wait ??? WHIR!!!

10 Team, Head-to-Head League, I am currently in third place.
My offense is filthy and usually dominate that. My staff has been decent and many of the guys have flown under the radar and are off to wonderful first halves.
My question is, should I be proactive and make something happen or wait for managers to come to me?
