I am a mess at 2b!! Please help, WHIR

All year i've been using the Waiver wire to fill 2b and every guy i grab has slumped and been terrible; I've stuck with Luis Castillo for the last six weeks probably and have at least not gotten terrible results. However, he provides no power/rbi's and doesnt really steal enough to compensate.

Should I Try to trade for a 2b? (the league has been real stingy this year)
Should I drop Castillo for any of these guys?
