Sizemore for who.....? WHIR 100%

Postby Hit Factory » Wed Jul 01, 2009 10:41 am

Hey there, I currently have Grady Sizemore on my team. He is not living up to his first round selection, whether it be due to injury or something else I would like to trade him. Would you go for Miguel Cabrera, Tex, Mourneau, Howard, or Ichiro? Do you guys think this is a solid move and can it be done? WHIR 100%

My current offense:
Posada
Dunn
Aaron Hill
Youkilis
Eckstein
MI: Freddy Sanchez
CI: Branyan
Sizemore
B.J. Upton
Carlos Lee
Dye
Bourn
BN: Orlando Cabrera

I think it's gonna be tough to move Sizemore and get full value right now. Sure, you can attempt to go after one of those guys, but I doubt you'll pull it off. Maybe you can get Ichiro. Put some feelers out to see what the managers in your league think of Sizemore.

ya I also think it will be tough to move him with his current status. For those guys you may have to add a litle more to score them

Morneau or Ichiro seem most realistic. I think Morneau would be better for your team. For some reason people undervalue him, so you might be able to get it done.

Help with mine?

I agree. I dont see yourself getting full value back in return for Grady right now. I would either wait until he heats up or aim for Ichiro/ Morneau.

Thanks for helping me out with my post. I agree with soty, wait until he heats up then make a move for one of those guys. I don't think anyone would trade you miggy or texiera, but you could def get mourneau or ichiro. Morneau is under valued by a lot of people. Good luck
