Finally got around to getting some pics off my camera. Here's the Co2 system and kegs

A tall one of the English-style brown ale. We had a few hiccups in the brewing process which probably negatively affected the final product, but it still came out pretty good.

And since we're not bottling yet, we've come up with a way to make the beer easy to transport. Take a regular valve stem that you can buy at a tire store for a couple bucks, drill a hole and tighten it into any plastic lid, and you're good to go. I'm using orange juice for a couple reasons: 1. the container isn't clear plastic, so I don't have to worry about light exposure. And 2. it's a full gallon. All you have to do is fill it up with beer, give it a quick shot of Co2, and it will stay pressurized until you open it. Another benefit is that if you don't drink it all when you open it, you can re-pressurize it with a bike pump.
