Move N. Cruz (advice wanted)

N. Cruz = a poor man's Soriano in H2H leagues. The guy can go on a tear for 10-14 days and then disappear for the rest of the month. While I don't have a problem w/ this, as I'm an active manager and I just sub in Bruce or Guerrero during the down time, I'm curious if most people would suggest moving him.

Now, some information.

This is a 10 team, keeper league, H2H w/ 7x7 w/ the OPS, H and QS, K/9 as the extra categories.
To keep a player, you forfeit the rd they were drafted in. I picked Cruz up off the WW before the season started (he was dumped as the odd man out in a 2 for 1 trade). Therefore, to keep him, I'd only forfeit a 23rd rd pick. At that value, would you consider keeping Cruz, or would you rather try to move him for a more consistent player?

I'm worried about his playing time during his prolonged slumps since Hamilton is returning soon.

I think that he has too much potential to just give away and if you traded him now, you would be trading him at his lowest value. Wait until he hits a peak if you want to trade him.

I have him and I might keep him for next year, because of his potential to hit 40 homeruns in that strong Texas lineup. At the height of an early streak, someone offered me V-Mart for him, and I somehow said no. Must have lost my faculties that day. Just wanted you to know possible value for this guy when he is hot.
