Trade Gallardo??? WHIR

Was offered Zobrist & Saunders for Gallardo, should I do it? I definitely need an upgrade from Furcal, but will Zobrist keep it up? If Soriano was doing anything, I could deal with keeping Furcal too.

I've never been all that impressed by Joe Saunders, and despite the fact that his having a decent season, he's not someone I would target for my team. His low strike out numbers just aren't worth giving up Gally for. Zobrist has had an amazing month of June, but there is nothing in his minor league numbers or major league at bats from previous season that indicates that is what he's really capable of. As much as I hate to make baseless accusations, I think his juicing or using PED's. In only 209 AB's he's exceeded his power numbers from every previous season of his minor league baseball career. He also appears to be coming back down to Earth, so maybe it was just a hot month. Either way, I would not accept this deal.

id keep gallardo - im not a saunders fan at all. who knows if zobrist will keep it up and furcal may bounce back.

i wouldnt do it. zorbist has never been this good. he will definitely not keep it up.

I wouldn't do it either. Hang in there, it's a long season. Saunders has always been less than impressive. Look elsewhere to upgrade at SS if you feel necessary. Although, you have to remember that Manny will be back Friday and that only helps everyone in that lineup.

I would also keep Gallardo, he's a legit top 10 SP, and Saunders just isn't that good of a pitcher, and I think Zobrist's production will fall off

Gallarago is legit the injury from last year is gone and he is pitching like a mad man of late and if you were gonna trade him u could get much more.
