5th in league, Where should I improve? %100 WHIR

Postby HueyntheNews » Tue Jun 30, 2009 1:04 pm

I am currently 5th in a 10 team head to head points based league where the top 4 make the playoffs. I just traded Blackburn VOlquez and pedroia for a solid lilly. Now i want to pick up a better U than derosa and better SS than scoots. Any ideas?
Anyway, please rate my team and make suggestions and Ill repay the favor, thanks.

I think I would move Pedroia, somebodies bound to give you good value back because of his name power. Hopefully you could get a steady starting pitcher to help out your staff.

Thanks for the help with mine

Thanks for the help. I think trading Pedroia would be a good idea and would actually try to get rid of DeRosa when Aramis gets back. Starting a 2B as your utility is no good. If you can get a utility hitter and a SP for those two players that would be pretty good.

Blackburn and Cook are pretty replaceable. If I were you I would drop them both and pick up Baker and Soria. Those two players should not be on the waiver wire.

I updated since i traded Dusty, Blackburn and E-Volq for, also Ricky Romero and asdrubal cabrera are on on the WW and i've got 2 spots for pickups and want a better SS. Is AssDribble a mixed league option? Will romero be stable? SHould I pick up JP howell? Will Batman rescue Aquaman before time runs out?!
THanks!!!!!!!!!!!
