Having Devistating New League Failure

I am currently in a 5 team keeper h2h league. It is not an online league and we keep manual stats and do not play everyday, we have an actual schedule. I just joined this league after playing years of yahoo league. I am having severe trouble trying to scrape any consecutive wins together. We are having our bi-weekly meeting today, which is the only day to make moves. Help me out fix up my roster.

with a league like this you definitely need the hot bats. right now you need to get mark reynolds, branyan and ethier. i would suggest dropping livian hernandez, jim thome and garrett atkins.

Lord, I know this is how fantasy baseball originally started, but the logistics of participating in this kind of league give me a headache just thinking about it.
