so with another cg sho tonight (a 2-hitter) he now has 3 complete games in his last 4 games (2 sho) and went 8 innings in the 4th game.

season line:
2.37 ERA
1.07 WHIP
10.42 K/9
2.21 BB/9
4.71 K/BB
7.42 H/9 (despite a ~.340 BABIP)

removing the first 2 games of the season where he didn't seem to have his velocity and struggled:
1.96 ERA
0.96 WHIP
9.71 K/9
1.87 BB/9
5.19 K/BB
6.8 H/9

averaging 7.5 innings per start in that span.

he is the best pitcher in the majors. period.

I think you're preaching to the choir on this one. He is the freak.

Roy Halladay is. He's been underrated for far too long. Best pitcher of the 00's.

Sorry, that would be Roy Halladay. And it's not even close.

Both wrong (if talking about '09 so far especially).

Halladay: 103 IP, 6 HR, 12 BB, 88 Ks
Timotee (before todays awesomeness): 105 IP, 4 HR, 28 BB, 124 Ks.

Timotee FTW. ;-D

You both might have a point if Tim Lincecum didn't pitch in a joke of a league. But he does.
