I've got 5 quality outfielders once Hamilton comes off the DL, Id like to trade one of them for pitching, I actually traded FOR Soriano and wish I had not, would it make sense to offer him for Lackey? OR can I do better? Let me know what you think....

Lackey isn't enough. He's shown no signs of turning things around. Shoot for a better pitcher. Soriano should land you a Halladay/Greinke type.

A trade just went through in one of my leagues for Halladay/Soriano. Should give you an idea.
