No way I include Anderson on that list.

I'm probably going Smoak, Heyward, Stanton, Brown and Jennings.

Stanton might be the best pure power guy on that list.

Jennings doesn't belong on this list and Lars Anderson doesn't belong either. For top power you have to look at- Mike Stanton, Justin Smoak, Matt LaPorta, Mike Moustakas, Jesus Montero. These guys also need mention for pure power- Michael Burgess, Pedro Alverez, Cody Johnson

In the minors right now the clear #1 guy would be Chris Davis. But we won't count him as he should be back in the majors in a couple of weeks. I also won't count AAAA players such as Shelley Duncan and Mitch Jones.

1. Mike Stanton: As bobblehead said he has the most pure power in the minors. I agree 100%.

2. Matt LaPorta: He has a .563 minor league career slugging percentage. He has yet to really get hot with the power but he will pour in the HRs.

3. Cody Johnson: Pure power, he is probably right there with Stanton. 24 bombs with an IsoP of .282 and a XBH rate of exactly 50%.

4. Greg Halman: 21 bombs with an IsoP of .252 and an insane XBH rate of 56.1%!

5. Chris Carter: Only 15 HRs right now but he lead the California League last year with 39 HRs in only 506 ABs! Next highest in that league last year was 26!

Honorable Mention

Jesus Montero: Chris Carter's insane 2007 is the only thing keeping him above Montero for me.

Alex Liddi: His home ballpark is supposedly one of the best hitters parks. But still he's got 20 HRs and is slugging .631 as a 20 year old in high A ball.

Ryan Strieby: 17 HRs in only 262 ABs. He's slugging .571 in AA.
