Help me make this team perfect!

12 team league, 5x5 and H2H. I had a great draft and worked some trades, and I have a great team but am only sitting in 4th place. Here's the team:

C - Matt Wieters
1B - Mark Teixeria
2B - Brian Roberts
3B - Adrian Beltre
SS - Alexei Ramirez
OF - Ryan Braun
OF - Jason Bay
OF - Matt Kemp
UTL - Adrian Gonzalez
BN - Andre Ethier
BN - Rafael Furcal

SP - Zack Grienke
SP - Felix Hernandez
SP - Javier Vazquez
SP - Tommy Hanson
SP - David Price
SP - John Smoltz
SP - Scott Kazmir
RP - Jonathan Broxton
RP - Heath Bell
RP - Mike Gonzalez
RP - Frank Francisco

As you can see, I'm pretty much set for hitting although I could use a better 3B. I have a great 1-2-3 starting rotation, but Hanson, Price, Smoltz and Kazmir are all questionable. Ethier and Furcal aren't doing me much good on the bench (though I'm pretty sad I missed out on Either's 3 HR, 6 RBI night last night). What would I need to give up to get one of the top 3 3B? (Mcab, Wright, A-Rod) Would a package of Bay, Beltre, and Furcal be reasonable? Or should I try to package one of my OF + Furcal for an elite SP? How good a pitcher could I get?
