Please help me with BIG trade - WHIR

12-team h2h, 6x6 (standard cats + OPS & K/9). Player values increase $5 each year, total salary max for whole roster is $220.

I'd lose the keeper value and speed of Ellsbury/Phillips and dominance of Jered Weaver, however what I get in return may allow me a run at the championship this year (M-Cab ($42), Morneau ($27), and Ichiro ($20) may be too expensive to keep next year, but that's kinda irrelevant to me.

I'm also giving up a lot of steals, but gaining in every other category (I'm very middle to lower in the pack in hitting stats).

Post-trade, I'd replace Weaver with Mark Buehrle and have to get someone like Bonifacio/Burress for my MI slot (yuk). Unless I could also talk this owner into throwing in Yunel Escobar (who has service-able numbers). He also has Nyjer Morgan, who's on pace for 40 SB.

C MATT WIETERS, BAL $13
1B PRINCE FIELDER, MIL $25
2B BRANDON PHILLIPS, CIN $17

well im not to familiar with salary leagues but from the looks of it you would be getting three high quality players in return. Ellsbury is great however Phillips is solid but IMO not someone you would miss terribly. I love the return of Miggy, Morneau, and Ichiro. Those three willl keep quite competitive next year as well Id guess. Im also thinking there is a quality SP you could pick up after losing Weaver. Hope that helps.
