Volquest or Morrow, Long Term? WHIR

In a Dynasty League, long term keeper, no $ involved, which pitcher do you think will be better? Balance of this year, next year, and beyond?

i don't really like either pitcher because dusty may have ruined volquez because he overused him in his rookie season (dusty has a history of ruining young pitchers because he overuses them See: carlos zambrano) and morrow is not effective as a starter, and with the mariners playing games with him, bouncing his arm from the pen to the rotation, they may have ruined him long-term as well. however, if i HAD to pick one, i would pick volquez because of what he did last year.
