I like the Ichiro side. Konerko is replacable and Id take Ichiro slightly over Shields.

really depends on your roster. if you need steals then getting ichiro in a nonkeeper is a no-brainer, but if your struggling for pitching, dealing shields makes no sense. overall though, ichiro will help you more than james shields and konerko is a thrown-in.
