Cain for Uggla

Postby The_Idiot » Thu Jun 25, 2009 8:10 pm

I know Uggla's average is still rather ugly, but I could really use an upgrade at 2B. Can I afford to deal Cain?

Bench Nick Blackburn
Bench Brandon Webb (DL)

SS Ryan Theriot
3B Ryan Zimmerman
MI Adam Kennedy (2b/of)
CI Kevin Kouzmanoff (3B)
OF Justin Upton
OF Andrew McCutcheon
OF Nick Markakis
OF Johnny Damon
OF Matt Kemp
UT Billy Butler (1B)

Bench - Hank Blalock (1b/3b)

What's wrong with having Hudson at 2B?

I wouldn't do it. You can probably get a decent MI from FA, or better yet, you can probably trade Cain for a better 2B.

Help me?

Agreed. Cain should get you someone better than Uggly.
