I'm basing this mostly off of peripherals and upside based on scouting reports from Baseball America and Baseball Prospectus. I'd say Zimm and Volstad are close because of each player's supporting cast. Volstad will get more help with the Fish than Zimm would with the Nats.

Mazzaro is pitching well now, but I don't think hes got the stuff to support it long-term. Second go around the league probably gets him torched a time or two.

Can you help me out, please?
