Report: Michael Jackson Dead

Apparently Michael Jackson was taken to the hospital with cardiac arrest today and TMZ is reporting he's died. I don't even know what to say. I know he really went off the deep end there for the last decade-plus, but you absolutely can't front on what he did for most of his career.

Crazy day. Our local news here has been doing tributes to Farrah Fawcett and I turned it back on just now to see they have chopper shots of the hospital Michael Jackson was taken to. Sad day if indeed the reports are true.

Rumor is that he is in a Coma, but he cannot be far from the end.


Hopefully he is remembered for Billy Jeane and not the Neverland Ranch...

Hopefully he's remembered for both. We shouldn't gloss over the bad and focus solely on the good just because somebody died. But at the same time, we should be able to separate the art from the artist and say "he turned into a crazy person, but damn he made some great music."
