Need Advice on Rule V Draft

Hey guys

I'm in a 12 team keeper league and am pretty much out of the running for this season. However, we do get to pick somebody up on July 1st as part of the Rule V draft. There are a few good ones to choose from so I'm trying to decide who has the best value for next year. Whoever I choose will have a salary of $1. (Roster salary = $26). These are some of the guys I'm looking at:

Zobrist
Reimold
Jake Fox
Sean West
Randy Wells
Josh Outman
Scott Elbert
Joel Pineiro
Fernando Nieve

Any input on who who would have the best value for next year?
