Start Lowe vs NYY?

I'm losing the pitching battle right now, I've got 7K to his 25K, 2.25 ERA to his 3.6 ERA, and 1.25 WHIP to his 2.0 WHIP. I think I can come back and win this pitching battle since my opponent has pretty much spent all his pitchers for the week, and I have 4 SPs yet to go. I've got Lowe tonight against NYY and Beckett vs Atl, Matt Cain vs Mil, and Wainwright vs Min all going tommorrow. Lowe tends to post respectable but not great numbers, and he's going against NYY offense. So I'm not sure if I should start him tonight, or bench him tonight and start the 3 other SP tommorrow.
