Newbie Question about pitching

I am +59 in my inning pitched. I am in a Roto leauge. Should I bench some lower tier throwers to bring my innings down for my top tier guys? I dont know if this even makes sense. My staff is...

That'll even out naturally with Halladay and Bedard missing starts. When both are healthy again, re-evaluate.
