Lester or Haren??

Jon Lester has been amazing with an ERA under 2 in the month of June, yet we know Dan Haren is very reliable when we need someone good to start for us. However, Dan Haren is facing Texas who statiscially destroy Dan Haren every time he faces them. I'm guessing I should take Jon Lester vs. the Nats, but I'm not sure. Need some suggestions.

just looking at the names it looks like clearly dan haren but when i see who each of them are facing i say jon lester all the way.
