Carpenter/Ellsbury for ARod

Postby mdgoalie » Tue Jun 23, 2009 5:48 pm

What do you guys think?
I would be giving up Carpenter/Ellsbury for ARod.
Good, bad, even...?
Should I try to substitute Ellsbury with somebody else?
3rd base is easily the weakest part of my lineup with Cantu and Chris Davis so I have been looking to upgrade it for awhile.

8 Team H2H - HR, R, RBI, SB, TB, OBP x W, K, ERA, WHIP, Saves, QS

My Team - everyone listed that is not on the bench is in a starters spot
C: Sandoval
1B: Pujols
2B: Utley
SS: Drew
3B: Cantu
MI: Phillips
CI: Dunn
OF: Kemp, Holliday, Ellsbury, JUpton, Bruce, BJ Upton
Util: Abreu, Hill
SP: Lincecum, Floyd, Gallardo, Greinke, Carpenter, EJackson
RP: Broxton, Jenks, Hoffman

Bench: CDavis, LScott, Vazquez, FFrancisco
DL: Halladay

Thanks ;-D

Yeah, AROD's value is at its lowest. try and take advantage.

Why not offer Carpenter and Cantu for Arod.

Ellsbury should have more value than Cantu.

Do it. You're getting the best player in the deal.

I'd do any of those deals mentioned in order to acquire Arod.
