A guy in my league is desperate for a quality pitcher and is offering me Cabrera and Mike Lowell for Felix Hernandez and Casey Blake. My team is in second place right now and it would be awesome to add Cabrera but I am nervous about losing Hernandez. Let me know if this is a no-brainer... I have Berkman already at first, but there is room to play a utility player.

IF you do it i would want to hold onto Blake and forget Lowell. Lowell has been having trouble with his surgically repaired hip recently and i wouldnt want to trade for him. i think its likely to costly for you to lose Felix. i dont think you can count on Ervin Santana much. if anything you could maybe see who he would give up for Santana. i would have to say not to give up Felix. if you want to trade pitching to him for somebody id first try Ervin Santana and if he doesnt want him then try AJ Burnett. even if not those 2 id probually try Duke or Kershaw before Felix. doubt you get Cabrera for any of them, but if hes desperate he could give up someone else useful, and its not like you need Cabrera for 1B/3B as you would only use him at UT anyway.
