Trade Cano and Konerko for Teixeira? WHIR.

AL only league. I'm weak at 1B, I just traded for Konerko a week or so ago. Drafted C Davis originally. Should I move Cano and Konerko for Teixeria? The team with Tex has no 2B and has asked for some offers. Cano has been great (I got him pretty late in the draft, too) but Tex is obviously a top player in the league. ALSO, I have Hamilton coming back at some point near the break, and at that time so I would not have a home for both Cano and Figgy. Should I make the offer or stay put? What would you do? That's a considerably cheap bargain for the best player in your league. I would definitely go through with it.

I would definitely do this deal. Teixeira is a monster, and in that stadium with his typical 2nd half hitting he'll carry your team.

Is Figgins eligible at 2B in your league, though? In mine he's 3B only this year. Even so, you should have Asdrubal back soon to man 2B.

I'd do that in a heartbeat. I'm a fan of selling high on Cano right now and Tex is a massive upgrade over Konerko.

I'd do it if you can. I own Tex and would not make that deal, but if the guy is that desperate for a second basemen, go for it.

If you get get that trade to happen, I'd do it. Tex is by far the best player in the deal.
