Ryan Zimmerman for Carlos Pena, WHIR!!

I've been offered Ryan Zimmerman for my Carlos Pena. Given A-Rod's situation I'm willing to consider this trade as an insurance policy considering Pena is only platooning in my UT spot with Ortiz anyway and the batting avg would be nice but I'd be losing some HRs. Would you take this deal?

I think I like this for you. You're losing a bit of power but with the returns of Manny and Hamilton coming up, you should easily be able to replace the lost HRs.

I like the deal for you. It seems to make sense for your lineup especially since you're only platooning Pena anyway. Zimmerman was always a top prospect so I think he's finally showing us what we've wanted to see the last few years.

I wouldn't do it. I think Pena is more valuable than Zimmerman and you shouldn't be platooning him with Ortiz right now in my opinion. Plus I think ARod is too good not to produce eventually this year. I would stay put.

I would stay put. You knew Pena would not hit for power anyway. A-rod will come back, plus as noted above, Manny and Josh are coming back............
