I know this isn't what you're looking for, but no one here can answer this question. Your list is riddled with injured pitchers and no one here knows the extent of the injuries or the amount of time that will be required to recover. So, I guess my list would go like this:

Harang - a solid horse

Kazmir, Volquez, Santana - I think they will be OK ...

Burnett, Porcello - Well, they're healthy ...

Peavy, Webb - In bad shape

I can't do better than that!
