Which Closer For Buehrle?

Postby jaguiar88 » Sat Jun 20, 2009 6:54 pm

I lost Peavy and Bedard looking for another SP. I have four closers that people are interested Lidge, Jenks, Valverde, Aradsma. I was offered Lidge or Valverde for Buerhrle.

Should I do it?

i think you can get a better pitcher. he's trying to buy low. counter with a better pitcher and see if he bites. if not, try shopping them around and see what you can get, but if you are really desperate, just give him valverde.

I agree, if your going to trade anyone let Valverde go. But first I would try for a better pitcher than Buehrle.

pretty much any of those closers are worth more than Buehrle

I would look to move Valverde. I agree with the others that you should target a better SP than Buehrle.

Thanks for the help with mine!

Don't overpay for the old man. You can do better for Lidge or the back to back saves leader in HOU. If you're gonna move one of them go for a guy like Cliff Lee or even try and grab Cueto in Cincy.

Help with mine??? viewtopic.php?t=391046
