Should i Start Hammels Happ or Bergesen today?

happ is playing the orioles who have been on fire
Hammels is playing the pirates, but in coors
Vergesen is playing the slumping phillies
Cecil is an option but i dont like his high walk rate, especially against the nats who walk a lot

who should i start?

Hammels is the best of those even at Coors.
