SS: S Drew or Bartlett?

Postby ike301 » Thu Jun 18, 2009 11:30 pm

Bartlett came back hot and Drew's fairly solid.

Who would play?

As a Drew owner and Twins fan who watched Bartlett mostly suck until his move to TB, I'm definitely biased, but I've gotta go with S Drew. His .250 average is more reflective of a slow start cut short by injuries than his probable line - since coming off the DL he's gained 65 percentage points on his avg and is hitting for power as well. Both will give you average, runs and steals, but with Drew I expect more HRs and RBIs on the year (I don't expect Bartlett's power to last - he's already hit more HRs than he has over either the past 2 seasons).
