Packing it in

Postby nyy1988 » Thu Jun 18, 2009 3:10 pm

So I'm 10 games out, and losing badly in my current matchup. I'm thinking of packing it in, and am willing to trade Santana and Gallardo. What can I expect on getting from these pitchers, and what do you recommend me trading for? One more question. What can I expect from Chris Davis in the next coming years, being this is a keeper league?

I punted saves BTW

Ramon Hernandez, Cin C, 1B
Kendry Morales, LAA 1B, OF
Robinson Cano, NYY 2B
Chris Davis, Tex 1B, 3B
Orlando Cabrera, Oak SS
Jermaine Dye, CWS O
Juan Pierre, LAD OF
Rick Ankiel, StL
Magglio Ordonez, Det OF,
Colby Rasmus, StL OF
Matt LaPorta, Cle OF
Travis Snider, Tor OF
Jason Varitek, Bos C
Pitching:

wow, you must be in a very deep league. since it's a keeper league, i wouldn't trade santana or gallardo. i don't see any batters that i would keep over them. as far as chris davis, i just don't know what to say. i have him, and he's killing me avg. wise. if he gets sent down to work on things, he could come back strong. not sure i'd use a keeper on him though.

i could see trading santana but i would not even think about trading gallardo, he is a stud.

your outfield is really old, maybe you can get Jup + middle of the pack pitcher for santana.

Only 10 games out, not even the all-star break, and you're packing it in? 8-o
