Assuming Adrian is Adrian Gonzales, I would not do a trade like this unless you are getting an upgrade at pitching too. Counter with the same players but include one of your pitchers for an upgrade to one of his. Try to make it a 3 for 3 or 4 for 4. You shouldnt ever have to drop a player in a trade deal. (my opinion)
