Trade Rollins/Pap/Reynolds for HanRam/Uggla/Lowe? WHIR!

I'm in a 12 team Head to Head Yahoo points league. Our league counts everything from walks to HBP, and has negative points for K's and errors. Because there are no IP limits, pitchers have an extra bump in value.

I've been offered Hanley Ramirez, Derek Lowe and Dan Uggla for Papelbon, Rollins and Mark Reynolds. Obviously I'd slide Huff into a regular 3B job and Uggla into 2nd. I'd have to pick up a middle reliever as my third RP.
Would you do this deal? I WHIR!

Oh, I can keep three players each year, so that factors in as well. Last year I kept both Rollins and Papelbon.
