Gallardo & Holliday for Johan? WHIR

I'm thunking of trading Gallardo and Matt Holliday for Johan. What do you think of this deal? WHIR

I wouldn't do it, especially with all of Johan's troubles lately. Johan is obviously better then Gallardo, but YoGa is no slouch and Holliday is a top OF...you're paying too much.

I don't see a reason to do this either. Gallardo is a legitimate ace and Holliday has very good for over a month now.

Wow...I'm not sure if I'd recommend doing this, but I'm certainly surprised by how unanimously against it folks are... Without johan's recent "problems" theres no way in hell you'd get him this cheaply... I have johan, and would want more than this for him. Gallardo is great, but I don't see what holliday has done this year to make him a deal-breaker.

Yeah, the tough part is the question of Johan's health. If he were his usual dominant self, I would probably advise you to do this deal.

Get Johan this cheaply??? Holliday is a #1 OF and Yovani is a #1 starter...I don't see how it's getting Johan "cheaply" at all...

i have to agree with the majority here. i'd keep gallardo and holliday. gallardo plays for a better team than santana, at least for now. i think you'd be giving up too much right now.
