Just based on value, is Johan and Fuentes too much to give up for Braun alone?
5 x 5 Standard Roto. Non-keeper.

I think it depends on how good your team is at hitting and at pitching. If you could post your line-up it would help.
In regards to value, Braun has really been picking it up after a relatively slow start to the season. Santana just hand an ugly outing w/ the Yankees, he insists that he isn't hurt, and doesn't seem as automatic as before. Fuentes has been really good, but we know that he has the capacity to pitch a lot worse.
Here's mine:

no, that sounds like a good trade. you can always pick up closers in the future so this looks good for you. plus johan has been terrible in the past month.

If you can get Braun for those 2 it's a no brainer but if I owned Braun theres no way I give him up for those 2.

Not sure.....I posted a similar question a few days ago except it was CC + for braun, and everyone said I
shouldn't do it. I have johan aswell, and think he's the more valuable pitcher, so if all the advice I recieved before was worth a damn (and I'm not sure if it was) then I'd say no. I would think johan alone should get you braun, for what its worth. I'd certainly try that first.
help with mine?

Thanks for the help with mine...
To anwser your question: The core of my CC/braun offer was CC and bruce FOR braun and slowey, and possibly with an exchange of marginal relievers... Kinda kicking myself for not taking it now...

Thanks again....
...re-reading the above responses and adding them to the ones I got last week regarding CC (almsot completely oposite opinions from the 2), I think I'd refuse to give up both johan and fuentes....but johan alone would be good. Bad start or not, he's still the best there is imo...
