Denard Span has officially been placed on the DL after missing a few games with dizziness. Is this going to be a brief stint (~2 weeks) or is this going to be a longer trip?

According to reports, it is a virus that is attacking his nervous system, specifically the signals to the brain that regulate things like balance. They seem t have found out the root of the issue, treated it, and management is confident he'll be ready to go once the 15 day stint on the DL is over.
