trade for Carlos Lee?

there were some talks a few weeks ago with a friend that has Lee about trading Gallardo for him. It fizzled out since the other trade he needed to make fell through. He has approached me again about the same deal. Should I do it? Once Manny comes back I would either have a logjam in the OF, or try to trade someone at that time. What do you think?
