Either Rich Hill or Armando Galarraga, both have been very bad, but it would depend on what your assessment of them is. Daisuke is easily better than both of them though.

Agreed. While Dice-K has pretty much sucked, he still has the upside of what he has done the last few years. I would not hesitate to drop one of your bottom tier pitchers for him. Low cost for a potentially high reward is usually the secret to success in fantasy baseball. Good luck.
