I get B. Roberts and Dempster

Right now I have Alexi Ramirez as my 2nd baseman.
I start Hawpe/Either/Markakis in the OF (Choo is on my bench)

Do I accept this deal or reject?

I think you'd be giving up more than your getting. Johnson has been great and as long as his health is good, he'll put up #2 SP stats. Markakis will come around. He hit a HR tonight.

Not a good trade for you. Dempster sticks out like a sore thumb as the worst player (BY FAR) in the trade.
