Artie Lange is a drop addict freak why on earth would ANYONE think it's a good idea to put him on the show.

lol as much as i dislike joe buck, i felt bad for him. maybe artie dislikes joe like many of us do.

I didn't even know Joe Buck had a talk show. Did they find the person with the least personality possible to host it? I'm not a huge fan of Artie Lange, but the interview they did with him on NPR a couple years ago was one of the most interesting interviews I've ever heard.

i believe that was the first show and he's basically taking over bob costa's show as costas has been scooped up by MLB network.

On the Stern show today Artie explained that the producers told him to do this. They are fans of the show and know what he is like and told him to go for it. Irvin couldn't stop laughing and the crowd was going wild. Off-camera backstage Artie was ripping Favre not knowing that he was just around the corner and heard everything that he said. I will say this though, as a daily listener of the Stern show I've noticed that ever since he gave up heroin this year Artie has developed a real mean streak. He was never like this before.

Gary Del'Abonte called Buck and there is a good chance that Buck will be on Stern tomorrow.

What a charade...Buck is pretty awful. Do HBO "talk shows" actually draw an audience? ESPN must have some money on this because they were praising Joe Buck all day

I actually watched this train wreck of a show and Lange was the only entertaining thing about it. And it had to be the producers idea because if it wasn't Buck wouldn't have done the 10 extra minutes with Lange.'
