angels abusing their pitchers?

is it just a coincidence that their top starters have succumbed to injuries? (ervin santana, lackey, escobar) are they abusing their pitchers or is this a fluke? maybe something to keep in mind about their current healthy starters and their future chance for injuries?

don't know what is going on with their pitching. all i know is the angels looked like they had one of the most elite pitching staffs in baseball coming into this year (starters and bullpen) but everything is falling apart right now. lackey was hurt, ervin is still hurt, escobar is back on the DL, arredondo was sent to AAA, scott shields is on the DL, and fuentes has been far from excellent. don't know if ALL of those guys can be labeled as just plain bad luck because those are a lot of guys, but i'm sure some of the blame can be put on the pitching coaches shoulders if your lookin for someone to blame .
