Granderson/CC Trade?

I'm in first place, but think I need to get an ace and a closer to really have a chance to win this year. So would Granderson and Zimmerman be a good trade for CC and Qualls? What else could I do to increase my chances to win this year maybe pickup a couple mid RPs to lower my ERA and WHIP, and who would be some good ones to target and who should I drop?

Would I be selling myself low if I did those two for Gallardo and M. Rivera or does this have a better chance of being accepted?

That's tough...Granderson and Zimmerman are studs, but so is CC but Qualls isn't in that territory (yet). I'd be fine with trading Granderson or Zimmerman to get a stud SP, but I'd hold out on this one...I personally like the Gallardo/Rivera offer better then the CC/Qualls since Rivera >> Qualls.

I would NEVER trade Granderson and Zimmerman for CC and Qualls. Those are two legit hitters. Qualls is iffy and I would never trade two studs for one.

Move one of them for CC or swap Beltre (he's been hot) for Zim and make the deal.

it looks like if you do this trade you will be stretching your offense thin and right now that is what is keeping you up. your offense is pretty stacked.

I mean that would make more sense than Qualls. Its pretty easy to say that Granderson will help in the same categories that CC would in pitching. In fact, I'd still say you are giving up the two better players. CC is always a great second half guy, it really depends on your preference, but I'd get CC if I were you.
