Possible after trade deadline closers???

Hey all, I'm trying to be proactive in my league and want to grab closers in waiting for teams that are out of it, in anticipation of trades. One player I have in mind is Bell. He's arbitration eligible after this year and is a candidate for a trade. Who would be the guy that takes his spot? Also, do you guys know of any other closers in the last year of their contracts that have a chance to be traded, and their possible successors?

LaTroy Hawkins is a FA after this season and his having a great season. He could be traded to a team without a closer.

LaTroy Hawkins was the first name that came to mind. Houston is in a really tough division and might look to deal him.
