i see no reason to do that. youre giving up the best player in the deal and not exactly getting great players in return.

think about who you would have to drop if you made this deal. doesnt make your return look very good, does it?

you're giving up a stud for an upgrade at closer, but two steps backwards because you'll have to make room for them. I would politely decline.

I would stay away from this. Throwing in Wakefield may make the deal look better, but pretty much every SP you have is better than him. Getting Krod would force Valverde to your bench, and although Upton would be a nice upgrade over Teahan at UTIL you would still have to drop 2 more players
