Fair offer? Is it an upgrade?

So spend Yesterday at the Mets and Yank game(really sucked)..The four of us were talking trade, so I now want to offer a trade...I am hesitant to doing a big trade but how does this look? Is it an upgrade for me at C and SP or doesnt make sense??

I give Span or Bourne: I get Sandoval
Or
I give Dunn: I get Gallardo and Sandoval

He is in last place. i am in fifth..I lead in SB's and middle of pack in HR'...Can I get somebody better by dealing bourne? He has looked greaat!!!, Is the Dunn deal fair? is it an upgrade over Ramon Hernandez? I have been sitting Dice every start...

he is pretty thin in SP, so might be hesitant on doing the gallardo deal

Gallardo and Sandoval for Dunn would be nice, I doubt he goes for it but if he does then all the power to ya.
