I'm trying to work out a trade and obviously starting pitching is a strong point for me. Which one is the worst of the bunch that I could deal to help out the rest of my roster?
SP - Josh Beckett
SP - Matt Garza
SP - Kevin Slowey
SP - Dan Haren
SP - Javier Vazuez
SP - Ted Lilly

I think Lilly is the best one to trade, he's a sell high right now and his production is likely to go down slightly. You could get a nice piece in exchange for him now.
Help with mine?

Lilly and Garza are the two worst. I agree that Lilly is the one to trade as you'll certainly get more for him.
Whatever you do, don't trade Slowey. He's going to be a beast from here on out after getting unlucky early on in the season, especially now that he's increasing his Ks.

Haren's your best one. But any of the rest of them I could see dealing. Vazquez is my favorite one left. Slowey and Lilly are the two I'd be most likely to deal, but Beckett wouldn't be a bad one to trade. He's got a lot of value in name.
