Broxton/Upton/Dempster for Berkman/Tulo?

Eould I be giving up way too much to get Berkman and Tulowitzski? It would give me a pretty solid offense. It is a 14 team league with deep benches. I am currently 3rd from last in saves with the two below me having punted saves all together. I am however in 2nd place overall. What do you guys/gals think?
