Keeper League Trade Help

The deal:

I Give: Ben Zobrist/Aramis Ramirez

I Get: Ryan Zimmerman

It's a 10 Team H2H Keeper League, where we keep 8. I'm looking to get a younger 3B because Aramis is getting older and probably won't keep up his past numbers.

Should I do this deal or replace Zobrist with someone else? Or maybe ask for a second player back? I had originally offered Pence/Ramirez for Zimmerman and he countered with this.

Are you playing for next year or are you still in contention? I wouldn't do it unless you are tanking for next year. Zobrist has been a stud and will be playing everyday for the rest of the season. (I'm so mad that I didn't pick him up in my league. ) I think with his eligibility he's too valuable to get rid of. I do like the idea of going after Z, but I'd try and offer Ethier or someone else with A Ram.

I'm still in contention, actually, in second place. However, I'm also looking to the future and figure I might try and improve. I've made a few deals this season already to change the face of my team (was in the gutter at the start, moved up ever since).

I have figured I'd offer Ethier instead. I tried Pence/Ramirez for Zimmerman, but he countered with that.
